I’m a cloth diaper mama. I love the look of a fluffy patterned bum, saving money, and minimizing waste. That being said, what also comes with being a cloth diaper mama is the investment I made in cloth diapers. I spent hours researching and budgeting cloth diapers. I had settled on a mix of Glowbug Diapers (pockets), pre-loved Charlie Banana pockets, some newborn g Diapers, Bum Genius pockets, a few Bum Genius all-in-ones (AIOS).
My cloth diaper stash was perfected and slowly, my husband and I established our favorites, and eventually my son even declared his favorite diapers as he grew older too. Time and time again I found myself reaching for Glowbug diapers over the rest of my stash. They were the easiest to clean, never blew out thanks to the 360 gussets, were the easiest to stuff, and had really cute prints!
Our GlowBug’s became our favorite diapers but eventually some began to delaminate. I was pretty bummed because I saw my cloth diapers as in investment and planned on using them for at least two children. I had heard rumors GlowBug would replace the diapers because they consider delamination a manufacturing defect. I sent GlowBug Cloth Diapers an email and they quickly responded verified my purchase and gave me instructions to begin my diaper replacement!
I couldn’t believe they were going to replace ALL of my defective diapers! They could have easily dodged the issue and said it was my fault or just the life cycle of the diapers… but they didn’t, GlowBug Cloth Diapers rose to the occasion and in doing so made me a loyal customer for life. I’m a sucker for good customer service. I will loyally support companies that go above and beyond doing the right thing.
