Ingredients

1 cup liquid of your choice- fruit juice (orange, mango, apple, etc.) I like to use 1/3c apple, 1/3c orange, 1/3c water.
4 tbsp Powdered Gelatin (I used NOW Foods brand)
12 tbsp Sweetner (Raw honey, birch xylitol)
1 tbsp Vitamin C Crystals (I used NOW Foods Ascorbic Acid)

Directions

Place your gummy bear molds on a cutting board or other flat surface that you can easily transfer into the refrigerator when it’s time to set the gummies.

Add 1 cup of your liquid (juice, or diluted juice mixture) to a small saucepan.

Sprinkle all of the gelatin over the liquid to “bloom” the gelatin. The gelatin should have folds and wrinkles when it has bloomed.

Once bloomed, whisk the gelatin into the liquid and place pot over medium heat.

Keep pot over medium heat and add Vitamin C crystals. Whisk until gelatin and Vitamin C crystals have dissolved. Do not allow liquid to boil.

Once all powders are dissolved, remove from heat and use a dropper to fill gelatin molds or simply pour entire mix into a glass baking dish.

Allow to cool slightly at room temperature and then place in the refrigerator for a few hours to firm.

Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
